We collect personal information only when you voluntarily provide it to us. The main collection point is our contact form, which captures:

• Service of interest (optional)
• The contents of your message
• The date and time of your submission

We also receive any information you choose to share when you email us directly.

We do not currently use analytics, advertising trackers, or non-essential cookies on the Site.

We use the information you provide solely to:

• Respond to your inquiry
• Discuss potential engagements and provide information about our services
• Follow up on existing conversations
• Maintain a reasonable record of our correspondence

We do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

The Site relies on a small number of third-party services:

• Netlify, Inc. — Hosts the Site and processes contact-form submissions. See Netlify’s Privacy Policy.
• Google reCAPTCHA v3 — Protects the contact form from automated spam. When you submit the form, Google receives information about your interaction with the Site to determine whether the submission is legitimate. Subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

These providers may process information in countries with different data-protection regimes than your country of residence.

We retain contact-form submissions and related correspondence for as long as necessary to address your inquiry and maintain a reasonable record of our communications — typically no longer than seven (7) years, unless a longer period is required by law.

Under PIPEDA and similar laws, you have the right to:

• Request access to the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your information
• Withdraw consent to our processing of your information

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. No method of transmission over the internet is fully secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Site is intended for business audiences and is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

The Site contains links to third-party websites (for example, our LinkedIn page). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites. Please review their respective policies before submitting personal information.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after a revision indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
