Managed IT Services
When something breaks, somebody has to fix it. Most small businesses don't have that person — so the laptop that won't boot becomes the office manager's afternoon, and the mailbox that stopped syncing waits until someone has time to search a support forum. Hiring a full-time IT person is out of reach. Calling a break-fix shop means paying by the hour to explain your setup from scratch, every time.
What we do
We become your IT department. An IT Care Plan covers the everyday work — support requests, Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace administration, new-hire device setup, patching, backups, and the security basics that get skipped when nobody owns them. A dedicated project manager runs the plan, which means you talk to a real person who knows your business, not a rotating helpdesk queue. We also resell Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace directly, so your support and your licences sit with one team instead of three.
Who this is for
Canadian businesses with no internal IT, or with one overloaded person doing IT alongside their actual job. Also a good fit if you're on a break-fix arrangement and tired of surprise invoices.

Common questions
How much do managed IT services cost for a small business in Canada?
Teralis IT Care Plans start at $499 per month. The figure depends on how many people you have, how many devices they use, and whether you want us managing your Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace licences as well. It is a flat monthly fee rather than an hourly rate, so the cost does not spike in a bad month.
What is included in an IT Care Plan?
Day-to-day support, Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace administration, device setup for new hires, patching, backups, endpoint security, and vendor management. A dedicated project manager owns the plan and is your point of contact. Anything outside that scope — a cloud migration, a custom build — is quoted separately so you always know what you are paying for.
Do you support both Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace?
Yes, and we resell both directly. That means your support and your licences are handled by the same team, on one invoice, instead of you managing a reseller, a support vendor, and a billing portal separately.
Can you take over from our current IT provider?
Yes. We start by documenting what you actually have — accounts, devices, licences, admin access, and whatever undocumented arrangements have built up over the years. That audit is usually the first time anyone has written it all down. Transition happens on a schedule you agree to, not overnight.
Do you only work with businesses in Toronto?
We are based in Toronto and work with businesses across Canada. Support is remote by default, which is how the majority of IT issues are resolved anyway. Where on-site work is genuinely needed, we plan it in rather than bill it as an emergency.
