Common questions
Where does AI actually save a small business time?
The reliable wins are high-volume, low-judgment tasks: answering the same customer questions, pulling data out of invoices and forms, drafting first versions of routine documents, and assembling reports that someone currently builds by hand. Anything where the work is repetitive and the right answer is checkable is a good candidate.
When is AI the wrong tool?
When the task needs judgment you would not delegate to a new hire, when being wrong occasionally is expensive, or when the underlying process is broken — automating a bad process just produces bad output faster. We will tell you when that is the case rather than sell you a build.
What does an AI Readiness Audit involve?
It costs $1,000 and takes a couple of weeks. We interview the people doing the repetitive work, map where the hours go, and come back with a ranked list of what is worth automating, what it would cost, and what it would save. You own the output whether or not you build anything with us.
Will our data be used to train someone else’s model?
Not in anything we configure. We use business-tier services with data-use terms that exclude training, and we set that up as part of the build rather than leaving it to a default setting. If a tool cannot meet that bar, we do not recommend it.
